When picking up your rental car from “The Gateway Mall”  located at 05 South 500 West, SLC, Utah, I will pull the car out in front of the Condos located on 500 West. This street is west of “The Gateway Mall” and the car will be delivered next to the roundabout on 500 west. This is where we will check you in at.

Often the car will be found on the street of 500 West between 00 South and 100 South on either the west side or east side of the street with a lock box on the window.

In the Turo app under Trip Photos, you will see pictures of the car that is parked on the street to assist you in finding the car. You will need to upload in the Turo app a copy of your license prior to arriving at the car. 

You will see a lock box on the window of the car and I will send the code when you upload a copy of your license in the Turo App.

When you arrive at the car, please take a picture of you standing by the license plate. Also, take a picture of your driver’s license in your hand with your face and the car license plate showing in the picture. Also, take pictures of all sides of the car, the odometer, and the gas gauge. Upload all of these pictures under trip photos in the Turo app. This allows both of us to qualify for insurance through Turo.
