In the app under Trip Photos, you will see pictures of the car that is parked in the front to assist you in finding the car.
When you arrive at the car, please take a picture of you standing by the license plate. Also, take a picture of your driver’s license in your hand with your face and the car license plate showing in the picture. Also, take pictures of all sides of the car, the odometer, and the gas gauge. Upload all of these pictures under trip photos in the app. This allows both of us to qualify for insurance..
Once you are on your way, please message us on the app and let us know you have received the car.

Pick Up Airport Garage Parking Lot
When you arrive, you will pick up your car at the Garage Parking lot located just outside the airport terminal .
We will have already taken pictures of the vehicle, odometer and gas gauge, however we also encourage you to take pictures.
When your airplane lands, please message us on the App and share your location. Upload a photo of your driver’s license and insurance card prior to your trip. You can upload this information in trip photos. This can be found on the details page of the App.
When you receive your luggage, start walking down the west SkyWalk. Follow the signs that say parking garage and car rental signs. You will pass the rental car counter and walk out to the Parking Garage West Side and look for the Column/letter your car is at. Typically it will do our best to park it close to column G.
We will upload the parking column letter and the stall number under trip photos in the app. This will assist you in finding the car easier.. Your car will be unlocked with the keys in the glove box and a parking ticket to exit the airport. On the App, under trip photos, you will see pictures of the car to assist you in locating the car.
When you arrive at the car, please take pictures.

Pick Up Airport Curbside
Thank You for choosing to pick up the car at an airport curbside. The Airport Parking Garage is an easier choice and actually closer than the designated curb Turo has been assigned.
The airport has given Turo their own designated curb. them their own pick up lane. Once you have collected your luggage, head to the car rental counters and behind them and down an escalator you will turn to your west and walk an additional 50 yards and that is the designated curb the airport has assigned Turo. Your host and car will be waiting for you.
When you arrive at the car, please take a selfie of you, with your driver’s license in your hand and the car license plate showing in the background. Also take pictures of the car, the odometer and the gas gauge. Upload all of these pictures under trip photos in the app. This allows both of us to qualify for insurance.

Pick Up Hotel
The car will be delivered to the hotel. When picking up the car, ask the front desk or the bell captain for the keys. On the envelope will be instructions of where the car is parked. We will have already taken pictures of the vehicle, odometer and gas gauge, and uploaded them to trip photos, to assist you with finding the car.
When you receive this message, upload a photo of your driver’s license in trip photos, which can be found on the details page of the App.

Pick Up Deliver to Location
The car will be delivered to the location and the address you have asked for on the App, When you meet us at the desired location we give you an envelope that will have instruction of what you need to do one you have recieved the car. We will have already taken pictures of the vehicle, odometer and gas gauge, and uploaded them to trip photos, to assist you with the process.
When you receive this message upload a photo of your driver’s license in trip photos, which can be found on the details page of the App.

Lock Box
Please upload a copy of your license & Insurance card in the App as soon as possible. On the driver’s side window, you will see a lock box. The code for this lock box will be messaged to you when you upload your license.
