Drop Off Parking Lot Parking n’ Jet
When you are about five minutes out please message us on the app. When dropping off your rental car at the Park n Jet location please park the car in front of the entrance gate in one of the parking stalls preferably along the fence, and give keys to the entrance office. There are two Park n’ Jet parking lots. You want to go to the Mountain Lot the same location you picked up the car.. Park N Jet Address: 2200 West, North Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84116
Upon exiting the car, please take a picture of the car, fuel gauge, and odometer. Then upload these pictures in the app under trip photos.

The Salt Lake City International Airport has been fining car sharing companies $1,000 as many of them do not have an agreement with the Airport. They have actually shut down all of the off-airport shuttles if they transport a car sharing platform customer by threatening them with taking away their airport access. When picking up the car, a Lyft or Uber will have to take you to the car at your expense. They have their own pick up curb at the airport. I sincerely apologize but this is the cheapest option I have at this time.
Drop Off Airport Curbside Driver
When picking up a driver to take you directly to the airport we ask that you send us an estimated time you will be arriving at the airport for drop off. When you are on the freeway or fifteen minutes away please text me on the App, so I can do my best to meet you immediately when you pull into the entrance.

Please collect a ticket, park the car, on the west side of the garage as close to column G as possible. leave the car unlocked with the ticket and keys in the glove box.
Immediately, message us the stall number so we can promptly collect the car.

Drop Off Hotel
When dropping off the car at your hotel, you will need to take a picture of where you parked it and upload the picture in the App, under the details page trip photos. Message me when you are approximately ten minutes from parking the car. Make sure to lock the car and take the keys to the front desk.
Please leave the keys in an envelope at the front desk with Golden Luxury Auto written on the outside of the envelope and message us on the app the name of the person you left the keys with.

Drop Off Delivery & Location
The car will need to be dropped off at the location and the address you have asked for on the App. When dropping off your car, you will give me the keys and will be on your way. Prior to dropping off the car, please take pictures of the vehicle, odometer and gas gauge, and upload them to trip photos, to assist you with the check out process. .

Lock Box
Please upload a copy of your license & Insurance card in the App as soon as possible. On the driver’s side window, you will see a lock box. The code for this lock box will be messaged to you when you upload your license.
When you arrive at the car, please take a picture of you standing by the license plate. Also, take a picture of your driver’s license in your hand with your face and the car license plate showing in the picture. Also, take pictures of the odometer and the gas gauge. Upload all of these pictures under trip photos in the App. This allows both of us to qualify for insurance.
