Pick Up Parking Lot Park N Jet Parking
When picking up your rental car from “The Park n’ Jet” located at 2200 West North Temple, SLC, Utah, I will pull the car out in front of the parking office entrance.
In the app under Trip Photos, you will see pictures of the car that is parked in the front to assist you in finding the car. You will need to upload on the app a copy of your driver’s license and a current insurance card prior to arriving at the car.
You will see an entrance to the parking lot office and they will have the keys. You will need to show them a copy of your license and they will take a photo copy upon requesting the keys to your vehicle.
When you arrive at the car, please take a picture of you standing by the license plate. Also, take a picture of your driver’s license in your hand with your face and the car license plate showing in the picture. Also, take pictures of all sides of the car, the odometer, and the gas gauge. Upload all of these pictures under trip photos in the app. This allows both of us to qualify for insurance..
Once you are on your way, please message us on the app and let us know you have received the car.

Pick Up Airport Lyft or Uber To Car
Park n’ Jet– Mountain Lot
2200 West North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah.
Thank You for choosing to pick up the car at an airport parking lot. You will be taking a lyft or uber to a nearby airport parking lot where the booth attendants that are open 24 hours a day. They will have your keys, with your car cleaned and ready for your arrival.
If you haven’t already done so please upload a copy of your insurance card and driver’s license in trip photos under the details page on the App.
When you arrive at the baggage claim, call Lyft or Uber or they are typically lined up. The airport has given them their own pick up lane. Once you have collected your luggage, head to the Uber & Lyft pick up area and tell your driver you are going to the Park n’ Jet Mountain Lot. The off airport parking lot is approximately 3 minutes away.
Tell the lyft driver not to enter the parking gates as your car will be pulled out in front along the fence. Once you arrive, walk up to the entrance office with your drivers license and they will give you an envelope with your name and keys in it. Let them know you are with Golden Luxury Auto.
When you arrive at the car, please take a selfie of you, with your driver’s license in your hand and the car license plate showing in the background. Also take pictures of the car, the odometer and the gas gauge. Upload all of these pictures under trip photos in the app. This allows both of us to qualify for insurance.

Using Lyft or Uber is at your expense and is the cheapest option directly from the airport. There are other pick up and drop off options; however, they are at an additional expense.

Pick Up Airport Curbside Driver
When you arrive your car will be picked up at the designated Turo pick up area. You will meet your Turo host and be given the keys.
When your airplane lands, please message us on the App and share your location. Sharing location will assist us with pulling your car up quickly and timely.
When you have arrived at baggage claim, please text us on the App. After you receive your luggage, message us again and start walking down the sky walk. Follow the signs that car rental counters.
As you walk down the skywalk, look for a sign that says Car rentals. This is located at the very end of the skywalk. Once you have passed the rental car counters take the escalators or elevator down to car rental parking level. As you get off the elevator head west or turn right and walk about 50 yards and you will see the Turo car rental drop off area. We’ll have your car there with your Turo host and he or she will assist with your luggage and instructions about the car.
Once you arrive you will meet your host and be given the keys to your rental. We will have already taken pictures of the vehicle, odometer and gas gauge, so you will be on your way quickly. You can take pictures once you have arrived at your destination in Salt Lake City.

Pick Up Airport Garage Parking Lot
When you arrive, you will pick up your car at the Garage Parking lot located just outside the airport terminal .
We will have already taken pictures of the vehicle, odometer and gas gauge, however we also encourage you to take pictures.
When your airplane lands, please message us on the App and share your location. Upload a photo of your driver’s license and insurance card prior to your trip. You can upload this information in trip photos. This can be found on the details page of the App.
When you receive your luggage, start walking down the west SkyWalk. Follow the signs that say parking garage and car rental signs. You will pass the rental car counter and walk out to the Parking Garage West Side and look for the Column/letter your car is at. Typically it will do our best to park it close to column G.
We will upload the parking column letter and the stall number under trip photos in the app. This will assist you in finding the car easier.. Your car will be unlocked with the keys in the glove box and a parking ticket to exit the airport. On the App, under trip photos, you will see pictures of the car to assist you in locating the car.
When you arrive at the car, please take pictures.
There is an airport short term parking lot fee of $25.00 a day. You will be charged this fee or less as you exit the airport.

Pick Up Hotel
The car will be delivered to the hotel. When picking up the car, ask the front desk or the bell captain for the keys. On the envelope will be instructions of where the car is parked. We will have already taken pictures of the vehicle, odometer and gas gauge, and uploaded them to trip photos, to assist you with finding the car.
When you receive this message, upload a photo of your driver’s license in trip photos, which can be found on the details page of the App.
When you arrive at the car, please take a picture of you standing by the license plate. The car will be delivered to the location and the address you have asked for on the App, When you meet us at the desired location we give you an envelope that will have instruction of what you need to do one you have recieved the car. We will have already taken pictures of the vehicle, odometer and gas gauge, and uploaded them to trip photos, to assist you with the process.
When you receive this message upload a photo of your driver’s license in trip photos, which can be found on the details page of the App.

Lock Box
Please upload a copy of your license & Insurance card in the App as soon as possible. On the driver’s side window, you will see a lock box. The code for this lock box will be messaged to you when you upload your license.
When you arrive at the car, please take a picture of you standing by the license plate.
